Magnus Floden
Magnus has a long held passion for property investment and development. Moving to Australia from his native Sweden, he fuelled his ambition working as a Director for many leading developers and institutional investors, as well as completing university degrees in engineering, and property and valuations. In addition to his Finance Director role at Blueprint Developments, Magnus’ keen eye for finish and design ensures he is meticulous about ensuring the highest quality is delivered from internal layouts to amenity and external building surfaces. Since joining the industry in 1988, he has proudly cemented strong working relationships and performance records, with a renowned reputation for getting things done right the first time.
Antony Quinert
Antony’s diverse property career has seen him excel in a variety of roles ranging from Associate Director and industrial sales to Agency Director and company Auctioneer across large commercial agencies including Henderson’s the Property People and Chesterton’s International. With his strong negotiating skills and 32 years’ experience of in-depth property knowledge, including CBD sales and retail shopping centre sales, he’s established a solid expertise that’s complemented by his enjoyment of the construction process and development of his clients’ and own private projects. Antony has an excellent knowledge of property values and best property use after negotiating many deals over a long period of time for major banks, institutional clients and the private sector, and is also highly skilled in construction contract negotiating.
Paul Tuddenham
As a former AFL player, Paul has also carved out an impressive career specialising in the Melbourne CBD retail market and commercial real estate. He joined Jones Lang in 1993, a leading Australian commercial property agent, and since then has negotiated many deals involving world leading retail brands, including the Queen Victoria (QV) development on behalf of Grocon. Paul has first hand construction knowledge on major projects from concept through to completion, as well as an extensive marketing background with a flair that he carries through to his own developments today. With 23 year’s experience, his impeccable eye for detail provides him with an invaluable knowledge of what styles and designs work well in the public domain.
